Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

From what I understand the reason Nost was shutdown while it was stationed in France was because Jizzard hired a french lawyer. If that's true (keep in mind I could have completely missed the truth) doesn't it mean that they can do the same no matter what country they move to?
