Waiting for news from Nost staff. Not going anywhere no matter how many promises other servers make.

Hoping Nost will come back, but I don't want to have no WoW will then.

Kronos seems to be an order of magnitude bigger in terms of player pop than any other vanilla - I'm not sure there really is an alternative, not if you want other players around.

Note I have NOTHING to do with Kronos, I joined Nost on the day it started and I've been with Nost all the time - it's just my view.

Glader will be here in a moment with his vanilla.re scam I'm sure. He's been posting it everywhere along with about 5 others. Reddit twitch streams other forums. Getting kind of annoying seeing all the people spamming about how they will save nostalruis.

Wait for official word from the nostalruis team or another legit server. Don't create accounts with your nostalruis information on other sites. The data base hasn't been released yet so there is no use in doing so anyway.

Me personally I'll prolly wait till playTBC releases and just start at 60 on that server and level to 70.

- New Nostalrius sites/pseudo projects like nostalrius.re etc. are bullshit.
- Kronos will be closed by Blizzard too, cuz it has servers in EU like Nost. No sense to lose time there.
- Other private servers on vanilla/tbc are dead or are very bad quality.
- Best what everyone can do now is to just wait for Nost to decide what next. They can change host server to any beyond EU and open Nost again but they are probably waiting to 10.04 or they want to abandon this project. They can do only 2 things, open it again in eg Russia or give the database to someone reliable who will be able to handle it and host Nost for us.

PlayTBC is where I am heading since they will also open a PVE server.

I'm heading back for VanillaGaming.org - at least until anything else materials somewhere.

I'm about 90% sure everything you said about Kronos is wrong. Pretty sure they're based out of Eastern Europe non EU nations... I wanna say they're in Russia.
