I can't remember when I was last this emotionally invested and broken as if a part of me was ripped apart and left me empty on the inside. This weekend thousands of players have come together one last time to say goodbye to old and new friends. Tonight my tears are for you. Thank you so much for the beautiful experiences, I do not regret a single second. Thank you my friends, my enemies and administrators. Gnarly, you know who you are. Thank you for everything.

I don't think any of us care about the gear. It was about the journey and we were hoping for it to last longer than it did so that we could've experienced more things together. Maybe some day.
