Nostalrius player survey - Background and mental health

Hello everyone.

In light of recent events I created this survey to get some demographic information on players in this community and their mental health, It would mean a lot to me if you answer these questions. The survey is fairly short, and should only take 3 minutes to complete.

I have a bachelor degree in Sociology, and about to become master of science in Sociology as well. The data will be used for fun, and I will make a small report.

I guess it is, I am using a 5 item mental health scale, this is a very short one compared to 30-40 item scales, and have shown same degree of validity. Just pick the answer you seem fitting, I know there are contextual implications to these answers, why people might interpret them different.

I was very depressed and wanted to kill myself. This server gave me something to look forward to, or at least allowed me to take a break from other games like Lol, CSGO or Guild Wars 2

I'm happy that WoW helped you, I would advice anyone who think they have mental problems speak with their doctors, you might need more help than you think.

I felt blue an hour ago, but it was because I was bored.

Depression is pretty much constant feeling over at least 2 weeks or some shit like that.
