My refund attempt with GM

Here is my chat with GM, tried to refund... Unsuccessful

Estdarem at your service! Sorry for the wait. How are you doing today?

Estdarem: Good to hear! Looks like you're looking to refund Legion, yeah?
you: Yes
Estdarem: Alright sure! Let me take a look here and see what I can do for you. Sit tight.
you: It's funny, if blizzard would release legacy servers I would be completely fine with a legion purchase. But instead of offering it to us, they shut down our only other option. Just sucks that we can't have both ya know?
Estdarem: Alright bud, so after checking this out, it appears that you purchased WoD and Legion in a bundle package together. Because most of the WoD game content was played (with several 100's), the bundle purchase was made last year (12-09-2015), and because this was a bundle package purchase for WoD+Legion, I cannot offer a refund for this purchase for that reason stated. Apologies, but I can't offer a refund here.
you: Oh okay, makes sense
you: Wasn't sure if I bundled it or what
you: Thanks for checking it out for me.
Estdarem: Yeah, it's kind've disheartening even to GM's. Really wish they would put out more front facing information on that. Sorry, bud. I understand how you feel about Legacy Servers. Believe me, we've been hearing it all day.
Estdarem: No worries. Was there anything else I could do for you today otherwise? I'm more than happy too!
you: Is there any light at the end of the tunnel for legacy servers?
you: And that was it, appreciate your help.
Estdarem: If there is, I haven't heard a thing from DEV about it. But I can tell you this, it's been a very hot topic throughout the GM temple. There are two sides, like out in the playerbase. Those that agree with Blizz, and those that Agree with the Legacy players.
Estdarem: But we're not DEV, we have no power on that sway. =\
Estdarem: The most we can do is bring it to thier light

Estdarem: Indeed. Hopefully some compromise can happen to make everyone happy soon. =S

Mainly posting it to show that it is being talked about within a portion of blizzard, and it seems a lot of the employees feel the same way, he'll I bet a lot of them played on the server.

The most helpful comment , that I suppose a GM can give you regarding Nostalrius must be this( it's a part of an answer to a ticket):

we have now implemented a feature that allows players to submit feedback and ideas directly to our developer Team through the game itself.

To submit a suggestion in World of Warcraft please open the game menu (Esc) and go to “Help”. There you will find a blue light bulb; you can submit your suggestions directly to the developers from here. (you don't need an active subscription to do this).

Spam that thing! If it's not already being done.
I recommend to make suggestions about vanilla/legacy servers. At most make a hint to how sad you are over Nost shutdown and how it made you think of the suggestion, that you just gave.
But I don't want to dictate what you write ,IF you do decide to submit sugestions on the page to which, the GM directed me to.

Sorry if it's OT but I posted the same in a thread that I think will "drown" among all the other threads that pop up. Its still regarding contact with GM :)

Honestly feel totally bad for the poor GM bro. Seems like a nice guy.

I feel like the Blizzard hate is really not what we should focus on. In the end we are here because we love the game, that Blizzard made. The GMs and most of the Blizzard employees love the game just as much as we do.

And honestly it is from this common love, that we could work towards a solution.

If you are nice to the GM's they are nice to you. I don't even think they get some kind of bonuses or whatever for solving issues, some of them may actually just chit-chat with you for their own pleasure :D
