Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I'm worried about the resolve on this, and hoping something will happen soon. I watched my all time favorite game Wolfenstein Enemy Territory go down in flames because because of a couple unexpected events; loss of punkbuster support, and also the server list went down for a long time. The resolve was slow and resulted in the community coming up with dozens of emergency fixes, which fragmented the community and ultimately led to its demise. People just move on, different games, and other interests.

I really hope nobody is holding their breath waiting for Blizzard to provide some hint of a Vanilla server because even if they do that, we might be months, maybe even years from a solution. By then everyone will have geared level 60s on other servers, retired from wow, or playing other games.

I feel like each day is another ton of water flooding this sinking ship

Hopefully, nost staff will make some sort of announcement in a couple of days, like a potential project that has their support. Before that it's really hard to know what could happen.
