I cancelled my legion pre purchase today.
Posted: Tue Apr 12, 2016 2:30 pmHere is what I sent as the reason for my cancellation of legion. Before I begin, those of you that do refund legion because of what has happened to nostalrius, please make it clear to them the reason.

Description: I would like to get a refund on my legion pre purchase as I believe with the reaction blizzard has taken with what has taken place with legacy servers is of bad judgment. and I believe legacy servers are a great idea that should either be implemented or the private ones should be left alone. This lowers my confidence in the judgment of the developers and team which therefore lowers my confidence in the quality of legion. To further my point about the unnecessary action taken with legacy private servers being taken down I'd like to give an analogy. To me it's like someone playing with someone else's old basketball that never gets used anymore, and the original owner simply takes it off the person borrowing it because "it's theirs". Making it worse they then purposely burst the ball so nobody can use it. They never intended to even use it, they just didn't want anyone else using it. I would like to request that legacy servers be recommended to whomever is in that department of decisions, and that it is clear my refund request is because of the legacy server decisions made in the past. Especially when it was stated to a paying customer and gamer that they "think they do want it, but they don't". Seems fairly obvious now that we know what we want.
They have accepted my refund request and told me they'd forward my message to the devs.
