also you can post from (in game?) I believe,(with trial account perhaps) according to what this GM told me:

we have now implemented a feature that allows players to submit feedback and ideas directly to our developer Team through the game itself.

To submit a suggestion in World of Warcraft please open the game menu (Esc) and go to “Help”. There you will find a blue light bulb; you can submit your suggestions directly to the developers from here. (you don't need an active subscription to do this).

I think we should throw more light on this so people can send their feedback en masse directly instead of mingling on just 3rd party sites.

I've sunk so much money into Blizzard. My peak in paymenet being 75 a month towards the end of Wotlk and throughout Cata after buying 5 accounts with every expansion. I will not return for Legion because WoD was a disappointment to me. Implement legacy servers and I'll return to spend as much as I did before.
