It won't until the retail subs go down the tube for good. Atm, they still have enough to justify ignoring everyone, and each new expansion has a nice boost of resubs for 6 months. They are a shark. Sharks go forward, not back, especially when the food is in that direction. It won't be until there's more behind them, as opposed to in front, that they will consider turning around. They shut down the server because it's a quick cheap effortless way to try to herd us over to retail. Ironically, it probably just made more players quit, or vow to "not" buy upcoming Blizzard products. You can bet the SC Nova and movie are going to be pirated out the ass. Pissing on people in the pirate digital age isn't always the best idea. It's out of our own good with which we pay for your product. We buy something to support it and those who made it, not because we "have" to. Companies with old fashioned brains such as Activision still don't get this, and then wonder why their games are undersold vs DRM free ones...
