RIP Nostalrius, try to stay together, community, maybe we should start a text based vanilla using this forum. Could they still shut that down?

The forum is probably safe because the forum is not the game. Websites all over the internet talk about WoW. Yanking a forum means going after freedom of speech itself, which in no way violates a game EULA or its copyright. It's possible that they get the forum yanked as part of the case with the game server, but with the server taken down by its own owners without a trial, they probably saved the forum.
