Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

There were too many comments on the announcement to find what I was looking for and just want to make sure I'm understanding this correctly. So once they release the player data (if we ask them too), we could move our characters from nostalrius to Kronos if we wanted to?

It may well be only another instance of Nost can directly and without and special work use the character dara exported from Nost.

It might be then that Kronos (or others) could if they did necessary translation work allow the import of Nost characters - but whether or not they would is another question entirely.

What it means is that IF someone continues Nostalrius, then the character data may be copied as well.

I hope they copy them to kronos, the only vanilla server worth to play on, if that happens, i will keep playing vanilla untill blizzard shuts kronos down

Kronos could very well be targeted next, but it is hosted in CZ, which probably has different copyright laws. I don't know all the laws for every country. I don't think any area in Europe is safe if Blizzard eventually decides to go after it. Some people have suggested hosting up over in Russia.

CZ is EU. I'd expect Kronos to be vulnerable.

Someone in North Korea needs to get this up and running so it can never be shut down!!
