Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

As per the "Bliz should license, not offer" thread, I propose the following platform, where whatever platform we choose is then the single, consistent demand that we all protest for;

1. Bliz retract the C&D from Nost
2. Nost from here-on require all players to hold a Bliz retail subscription

What concerns me thought is that I don't have much insight into Bliz's position in this. That's a very large factor in making the right choice of platform. Why are Bliz so anti-Vanilla? if we knew why, we could do a much better job deciding a platform.
