i think a gm went rogue or something but he perma banned me when i relinked a april fools joke custom edited text item
when nostalrius 2.0 comes out i wont really be perma banned right?

I don't think that's necessarily true? If another server picks up Nost's account information it will probably be up to that server how to treat legacy banned users. Granted, the easiest solution would just be to uphold any legacy bans, so that probably will be what happens, but it's not written in stone either.

There was nothing "rogue" about it. You were banned for a very long list of chat and behavior related offenses. You spent most of your time trolling world chat rather than playing the game. The entire staff probably hated you, along with most players from what I saw, and I'm honestly still surprised you're allowed to post here. I could probably dig up that nice thread about it, if you want to keep making crap up.
