1. MMO Champ are on the payroll of Blizzard.

2. The mere fact that they dared to run a huge mega-thread at their General section is already too much.

3. The ppl who run MMO Champ, dependent on Blizzard as they are, will never risk to anger Blizzard even further by openly promoting our petition. Their jobs are at stake.

So... what you are saying is that, if we pressure MMO-Champion to post an article, Blizzard won't allow it?

I think, I've heard this before... "You think you do, but you don't!"

Are you sure, we can't see an article about petition on MMO-Champion?

No, what I am saying is that MMO Champion are in a sense Blizzard employees, and as such their options are limited and so asking them to host the petition is a waste of time.

MMO Champion is anti legacy servers they wouldn't post news about it, the only reason they're allowing threads on the issue is A traffic, B too much spam, C banning everyone would make it worse.

If MMO-C has a friendly relationship with Blizzard (which is pure assumption, but it is something I believe to be true), they still don't want it to look like they literally do whatever Blizzard wants them to do, content-wise. By censoring all content related to the shutdown, that would effectively say, "Yes, we do whatever Blizzard asks of us."

By at least allowing a thread on the subject on their forums, MMO-C can demonstrate their independence, while respecting Blizzard by keeping it off their front page.

I would like to say that MMO-C having a friendly relationship with Blizzard is not necessarily a bad thing. Open lines of communication between the site and Blizzard is beneficial to users of the site. And by not completely censoring information about the Nost shutdown, they're demonstrating that they're not just an unofficial marketing arm of Blizzard, but a fan site dedicated to MMO news and discussion.

I know this may all sound like I'm an MMO-Champion shill, It's just that I can see why they would keep it off their front page, while still allowing discussion on the topic.

Why? MMO-Champion is basically the most toxic community of retail fanboys I've ever seen. Asking them to publish an article about the petition would be like asking ISIS to support earth day and endorse the Pope.
