Just exactly how retarded are these Blizzard white knights? If they wanted to split the community they should just go and shut down the largest non profit vanilla server out there, a game that they don't provide anymore...

Oh wait.

because fuck logic.

I don't know which argument they use is worse. The "spilt the community" one or the "it will slow down current WoW content production."

What really annoys me are the "I don't care because it doesn't effect me' remarks.
Selfish, but honest I guess. As long as they are happy... no, even worse. On top of that they don't want anyone else to be happy.

Guys like this: https://youtu.be/uL1mr8vws1o
(not even sure I should give him any attention, he doesn't deserve the clicks.)
He even then says "I want to support world of warcraft"
Like we don't want that? That's exactly what we are trying to do! We aren't supporting them now, we want Blizzard to provide a service for us so we CAN support them with our money.

That guy triggers me so bad.

The split argument is unethical.

It means that the people who want to leave must be *forced* to stay, for the benefit of those who do wish to stay.

You can't force people to do things (unless you're acting in self-defence), it's unethical.

(It's also, unsurprisingly, internally inconsistent. If you can force other people to do things, then it's just as ethical to force the split to occur. It simply becomes "I'm stronger than you are, so we're doing what I want, BTW, here are some reasons, but it doesn't matter if you agree, because *I* think them, and you're doing what I want.")

if you think about it by introducing legacy servers the people who run blizzard would no longer cunts, so the content in the future would have more effort put into it

I doubt that'd be the case. Considering what we had to do to get Blizz to do this in the first place, chances are they're going to resume being their old selves once it comes out.

I mean, hopefully, yes, it would make them change their minds and work harder to please people, but honestly? I don't think it will.

Lulz, as if it's not slow enough already! Over a year and no major content patch!
