didn't know how big Nostalrius was. Blizzard's legal department has a policy where whenever they get wind of a private server with some sort of community they automatically send a C&D. They don't research the server.

Tbh, after wasting 30 secs of my life listening to those two, I find it amazing how they can talk at all given how deep their heads are up their asses.
If you believe that the twink on the vid had a lawyer friend who works for Blizzard, then there is a statue in Stranglethorn Valley I'd like to sell ya.

Calling BS, the server had been up for a year. They were leaning on Twitch to ban streamers last Summer so the server is nothing they just got wind of.
