If... How to identify Nostalrius content in retail wow?

First ... I agree that Blizzard is trying to fool us with Pristine Servers, imposing what they want as if we wanted the same... and that is wrong.
What we want is Vanilla Servers and not Pristine Servers!
---- {Now I will discuss how can we identify Nostalrius content, as if it was been included in retail version} ----
I think that Nostalrius Devs must have their contribution to the game identified (like a signature).
They are a team very passionate about wow and we want to know if something has their hands.
Some suggestions:
Like a Ferrari with Pininfarina design or what FATAL1TY did to some SoundBlaster products.

Some suggestions:
- If Nostalrius contributed to some realm, put a Nostalrius Icon (as signature);
- If some content has Nostalrius contribution, assign at least 1 mob with the surname "Nostal" (as signature)
- If is something without mobs like an arena, mark some object like a spade, a flag, a crown, etc... with some nostalrius art" (as signature)
