Honestly, I don't think they have to say anything. They didn't even have to create the best private server I've ever played on. I'm sure if they did say something it would be vague due to the fact an agreement hasn't been made between the two parties. Just give it some time and make lemonade.

Blizzard wouldn't lie about something that can easily be denied by nost. Nost even retweeted something about it.
