Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Blizzard decided to shut down Nostalrius. Most people say it was because became way too popular, and blizzard don't want this, because they didn't (or still don't) want to release legacy servers. BUT

How can they stand without doing nothing before a server called Warmane that has more than 20k players playing constantly. And this server also profit.

Is not that i have nothing against that server, it is just the curiosity.

I heard blizz tried to do something but that it's hosted in russia and they pretty much shrugged it off
Not sure if that's all true though

It's not a matter of 'why' it's a matter of 'can we'. Blizzard's lawyers can't reach wherever Warmane was hosted, but they were able to zap Nostalrius.
