Looks pretty much like he was 100% correct about that.
given answers:
- maybe changing the way honor is being distibuted (no decay)
- shamans and paladins can be both horde and alliance.
- fix class balance (more specs viable), dual talents maybe.
- AOE Looting
- Include 2 person mounts (chopper)
- add more graveyards
- New models and maybe the new classes
- add rares that spawn like a time-lost proto drake for a possobility of a mount drop
- I would add a quest tracker
- Vanilla with Cata flight paths
- would make quality of life changes. Mount cast time, hearth time, enable dungeon/group finder
- Class balance, don't pigeonhole classes into roles, and barbershop
- the only thing I would add is dual specc
- implementing arenas and rbgs (all the new battlegrounds)
- show enemy casting bar.
- summoning stones would be nice.
- Dungeon and PvP queue systems would be a must. I don't mind walking around everywhere but not directly to every single dungeon
- ...

I have a very powerful urge to punch out the teeth of anyone who says 'quality of life'. Already had that in politics but adding that to videogames has made it worse.
Similar with 'racist' now.

Warlords of Draenor has everything you describe, why don't you just play that instead?

its like the concept of legacy servers go right over people's head. None of that belongs in vanilla.

The only thing I would ever change about vanilla is that "foggy" look when you run around some zones. It seems like it's everywhere but that's probably the only thing. Other than that let it go. It was fun because of how hard it was. Those people are Twitter have me in a fit of rage right now.

Exactly.
The moment you make changes to vanilla it ceases to be vanilla. What gives the original game it's charm is the culmination of the position and negative aspects.
Furthermore these aspects are subjective to each person; therefore a positive change you may consider may be contrary to another view.

That list just makes it not legacy per definition -.-
Sounds more like Pristine crap.

Since I started playing on TBC, enemy cast bars are a thing I sort of miss, but hey, if you really need it, there's an addon for that.
Personally, I'd be ok with the barbershop. But no cross-species hairstyles.
Also the pigeonholing of classes is a valid point, and I bet the most complaints come from people who never played a healer and want the healer class sets because they are nice. I would know, I never healed a dungeon, much less raid. The thing is, having to specialize is a part of vanilla (and you can run another spec in a raid anyway, just sometimes there's not the best gear in the world for that). If you want to dps for your entire life, just play a hunter.
