Would like to ask you people, since i see there is many people who disagree about idea of opening legacy servers on retail.

So as statment of petition is about it, and you signed it, i dont understand where is the issue?

You expect Nostalrius to just give some random people source worth 15000$ ? or database worth even more?

You can forget about characters, like they never existed, stop being anoying, i'm my self lead developer of one huge project, even higher than this, and there is no chance that Nostalrius will ever give it out, either to you, either to blizzard, since blizzard got even better source, what Nostalrius could give to Blizzard is only database, to add your accounts and such... Stop being stupid people!

How is it a bit fucked up? What did they supposedly add that would account for 99% of the core that is missing from mangos? Since you are a self proclaimed developer, I'm sure you wouldn't mind writing a detailed description of what exactly is making mangos so lackluster.

If blizzard does give us real Blizzlike Legacy servers ETC Magos will be outdated and unused i can see how this pisses off leechers and pirates. But it hurts the people who made Magoes for us to enjoy as it's like ripping away there baby? I guess, I also think, most people will say blizz will mess up legacy servers so they want to keep there project alive to improve on it.

Mangos are actually small group of expirienced developers, they are not releated to blizzard in any meaning.
Mangos is core that provides 1.12.1 core so and i think 2.4.3, but the issue is those cores are not fully created, since there are issues still with spells instances bosses, and many other things.
As far from i know if you compile new core on mangos, one instance is not fully fixed, there are some bugs in few bosses, forgot the name of instance, but anyways my point is, if you take core from mangos from official site you might find many many issues.

well thats already diffrent story, they have like alot of reports,daily updates. But still its not perfect. But way better than 1.12.1 from Mangos is.

Anyways, Mangos is really bugged so if your ready to open your own server, since alot of you wants to obviously do it, i suggest you to take a link i gave, and compile through c++ new core. If nostalrius core is the same shit, then there is no reason to Nostalrius release their .. please dont bother Nostalrius anymore about stupid requests.
