Well they have to... "before Blizzcon", otherwise all Blizzard dev's at Blizzcon will experience most frequently asked question: Legacy servers when? Why there's no Legacy servers? We're here to ask for Legacy servers. I would like to play on Legacy and so on so forth. Pretty sure this will happen IF Blizzard doesn't want to make Legacy servers (which i highly doubt).
