If you really want to see copyright BS, you should read about how Fox ripped footage from a Youtube video recently, which was uploaded in 2009, which they used in a new episode of Family Guy, then afterwards claimed they owned the footage, and had the video taken down. It was footage of a video game from decades ago(long before the show was even made), uploaded in 2009, which they now acted as if they owned simply because it was used in a new Family Guy episode. And they started taking down videos that matched the footage, including the one they stole it from in the first place. They didn't actually boot up the game to get the footage. They ripped it off a Youtube video. Then said they owned it and had the video taken down. The uploader did manage to get it back after a dispute, but it's BS that they were able to have it taken down in the first place.
