It's not a kickstarter as he mentions clearly. Just sign if you have some interest. Personally, I think it's about to "make games great again".

Well he just wants to gauge if their is a market for his petition. If you plan on buying it than sign it.

As Docholy said, you're actually doing him a disservice if you sign without having any interest in the game.
