Pretty sure we went over the "wait till blizzcon" bit.

Personally I don't have my hopes up for anything GOOD (yes, blizzard releasing legacy still has a massive chance of bombing hard). I'm waiting for the next best thing when it comes to a vanilla pserver. I won't say a name as to not get this post deleted or the thread moved to off topic, but go there, yeah, off topic. You'll see what server I'm talking about there, top thread (as of writing this).

I wouldn't get too attached to private servers anymore. The next winning server will just be the next one to get shutdown by Blizzard. They acted all nice about it afterwards, but they still shut the server down, haven't let it come back, and will probably happily do it again to the next server.

Honestly, I don't think they will say anything at Blizzcon, atleast not willingly. I don't see Blizz talking about legacy 1 month before Legion releases that would take away from their Legion hype.

Eh, let's not be too sure about that. Some say Nost pulled out a bit quicker than they should/could have. Honestly I don't wanna disallow myself the vanilla experience just because this one server with 10k people on it got shut down with the first C&D instead of trying to evade it (like they could have).

Yeah those servers in Russia gonna be shut down soon. Like the happened extradition of Edward Snowden.. Oh wait!

How come the other vanilla servers like Kronos, Fenix and Vanilla Gaming haven't been shut down? Doesn't fit Blizz's narrative? Regardless i don't want people on other said servers to lose their progress however whats the difference? Shut one down and let all the others go? Pisses me off!
