Sellouts in the WoW Community

so, i don't really care about WoW anymore since this nost thing happened and i don't follow the scene, Vanilla WoW is the only game i truly love and it has been the only thing i played but now that blizz'tard took nostalrius from us, i'm not really much into streamers or other social media related to video games

of course i am, as of many here, aware that there was a huge outrage of the shuttdown from nostalrius, people were saying they cancelled their subscription and pre-order for legion.. what happened now (and i was really shocked about this) i logged into twitch out of curiosity for legion (no i'm not gonna buy that shit) and what did i see? kungen streaming legion..

wait a minute, wasn't kungen the one that brought the MOST attention to the nostalrius shuttdown, showing us how he cancelled his subscription?

i went to his first WoW broadcast since legion came out.. and the guy just logs into it as if this whole situation NEVER happened

so what i thought now, we make a list of sellout pieces of shit in the streaming industry, all the people that claimed they will never go back to retail WoW and yet, are suddenly playing/streaming

as i said earlier, i'm not very aware of what happened lately, i am still subscribed to Alexensual on youtube and saw his latest video of him saying he wont resubscribe

so first and foremost, shoutout to him for not being a sellout

List of people not being sellouts:

-

List of sellouts:

Kungen
Alexensual
Soda

if someone is more up-to-date with these sellouts, please call them out here and i will add them to the list.. so when i decide to watch streamers, i know who to avoid because they lost all respect, and who to watch
...also, is anyone else shocked at how people just return to the game like it's nothing? or am i the only one

My friend,

Don't be upset with streamers because they are streaming Legion. They are opinion makers and they must know what they talk about. Imagine that they say "Legion is crap!" and never tried the game...what people would say?... "Oh, how can you say that if you never tried?".

So,you must understand that all streamers need to play Legion to make their own opinion. They need to tell their subscribers... "this is best because...and that is simply garbage".

No one can tell "This is a bad wine" if they never tasted it.

-=//=-

About to subscribe Legion or not...

For Blizzard, if you are or subscriber or not, for them they care about you in the same way. Some people think that if you are a unsubscriber you have less rights, but is not that way. I agree with Blizz in this point, because I am a unsubscriber that want to have a subscription, but the current state of the game in my opinion is "garbage" and this way I won't subscribe something I would not play. I would subscribe if I could play a good version of the game (like TBC). I defend Legacy realms because of that... they can change the game as they want, but please, let people play the game version that they like most.

So, My opinion about Legion is... Blizzard has changed the game, but nothing convinced me that i would enjoy the game. I feel Legion release like "Oh, I've done this before!", "Why I'm playing facebook games? and "PvP is so bad right now!"

I know I could be entretained with many of my alts, but I won't pay 200€ characer changes+50€ LegionExpansion to enjoy the game. So, I will be unsubscribed until Legacy Realms (I think).

the thing is that they all said they boycotted legion because of the shit blizzard did and they dont want to support this company, yet as soon legion came out they bought it, even tho most have had cancelled their orders

Streamers have subscribers...they can not do whatever they want. They are professional streamers, so they need to cover what subscribers want to see and todays news or they simply gone. How many times in your live you did something that you need to do, but you do not like to do it?

+1

Streamers were a big help in promoting the petition even if not all were honest but most were. As for Soda how can he not play retail when 50%+ of he's subscribers were talking about Legion non stop on chat. And Kungen came back out of retirement cuz why not, new expansion = $$$ for him.
They're not sellouts, they all hope for an announcement at BlizzCon about legacy servers but it doesn't look like it's happening...
