At Blizzcon, Activision-Blizzard announces they are releasing Legacy servers.

What do you think would happen next? I'm interested to see the opinions of the community.

People will hold their breath awaiting them adding or changing it just to ruin it (introducing a cash shop, updating models, fixing "bugs" etc etc), the saddest part is that, even tho i would love for blizz to do legacy servers, im 99% sure they would add said above things -.-

I want them to add updated things. Mounts in cash-shop, new models and animations, perhaps even add more content such as new dungeons, items and maybe fix the talent tree to make weak classes a bit stronger.

all those can be found in legion.
sub price not too expensive you know...just 15$ per month. but i warn you that reviews say the game is bad.

First of all, I will be happy to find something that answer to (at least) a part of the community requirements.
After I would probably burn a virgin or two to the glory of Pixor (the God of videogames)
Eventually I will be part of the hype train... like a major part of this forum users.

They will keep stalling

For them to release Legacy they have to admit to themselves that all development fees and costs of WoW over the recent years have been a waste of money I suppose, I guess it's kind of hard for a billion-dollar company to admit those things.

Everyone would go absolutely bonkers if they released legacy though; on the same token, everyone is scared of them making 'changes' that weren't there on retail vanilla.

Jagex did it. Blizz can too.
