What the fuck is this shit?

I used to play here on nostalrius about 9 months ago if i remember.
It was all fun and i was having a blast, then i played less jada jada bla bla bla.
Nostalrius shuts down, i don't bother going to the nost forums for a long time.
300k sign petition, nost flies to blizz, t-shirt campaign.
Playing on W******s realm Lor**** during launch, it was fun and having a blast with no rdf, jada jada wotlk core and gameplay, jada jada. I lose interest because it turned into a ''hardcore'' realm.
I renew retail sub for legion pre-patch. I farm the toy and pets, do the FoS achievements.
Legion hits, it is all fun and im having a blast, still are.
Blizzcon is on the way, and i hear about nosts announcement. ''If you dont, we will'' thing.
I think ''well thats quite selfish nost, its not your game. But still, hope vanilla wow makes a return.''
I go to nost forums, and look through some posts.

Personally I think the good ol' Nost boys are doing a service for all the gamers out there that have been given the middle finger by blizzard. I've played since launch, things were fun as hell, BC came, still good but kind of lost that "massive world" feeling by keeping shit confined to outland. Wotlk wasn't bad either but had a few rough patches, including the one for ICC. Then Cata came and it forever changed WoW in a bad way lol. MoP was a good expansion but it didn't really stop the problems that had been going on for a long time by that point, server and faction changes decimated what used to be amazing servers. 5 man's were pretty much made irrelevant altogether. PvP got too homogenized. And then WoD hit and it was the biggest fuck you to long time fans ever lol.

As a LONG time fan of blizzard's, at this point I'm not even going to try Legion. WoW has become too awful and we already know that even if the game has a decent start, rough days will inevitably come again and they will outnumber the fun days. All I want is legacy servers. Most long time players I still chat with pretty much say the same thing. If blizzard doesn't want to do it, that's fine, but don't be upset when your fan base decides to side with guys that want and can deliver that legacy experience that many of us have been clamoring for for years.

Heres why i dont want legacy:
Fuck blizzard they took enough of my money
Fuck blizzard they make shit games now
Fuck blizzard they wont please their fans because they are greedy cucks.

It is not greedy of Nostalrius to make this ultimatum because there are fans who desperately want to play this game. I've had enough of blizzard and their new games and wow patches. If they refuse to provide me the product that I want to play so bad then I will not support them as a consumer.

Nostalrius was legitimately the most fun I have ever had in a video game. Blizzard could have never provided the same entertainment as Nostalrius. I enjoyed the massive Nost population and being able to ride around ironforge and notice all of the amazing multi cultural guilds that the server was home to. This is something that would be impossible with legacy servers. This is why I want Nost back and I do not want official legacy.
