Too much hype was generated, I can't wait unless I do something! Any suggestions? I tried kronos2 but seems pointless to level there for nothing (it was an incredibly lousy experience btw, so many bugs noticed the first 1h in there..)
Can spend time getting all your add-ons installed, setting up your UI and the works. If you use a Wow-Launcher similar to the one offered on Realmplayers, your settings should save when you change realmlist, and changing your server is as simple as using a dropdown box. It allows you to check a box to delete the wdb folder upon each login so if there were changes made (which will happen as a server advances), you don't have to worry about these.
Can't suggest practicing your leveling path, because if you are going to the new server, you'll be simply practicing learning mob respawn timers and how to mob tag ASAP.
To give you an insight of what you'd be in for, on opening night of Nost 1.0 PVP, people would group in groups of 5 in newbie zone, stand in range of each other for exp and each person stand at a spawn point and wait.
#10Hours to get out of the newbie area of Darnasus level 6.
