Remember when playing elysium it was very dishearthening seeing people with green gear that had (43+ frost damage) gloves or something, are we gona get a proper fresh server like Nostalrius with the old database of item stats?

one of the things that set nostalrius apart from other servers, turned me really off at Kronos.

Timeline
The timeline that Nostalrius created will be followed and items will follow a progression through patches. We will provide a new timeline with the launch date announcement.

The other part of this question, will the same formula be followed in the future? Or will they simply release the next patch with all the final 1.12 changes dumped on top of everything? I guess we will find out whether the new server puts the same amount of passion & attention to detail as Nost did - I tend to doubt it.
