Servers with Re-Lanch

I’m sure this has already been posted somewhere, but I could not find it. There will be a pve, pvp and a fresh pvp server correct? Will you be able to at some point transfer your old toons to the new pvp server after a certain amount of time has passed?

Nost PVE was close to BWL release.
New PvP will be new
