Quest disappering

Hey guys!

Today, I encounterd a strange bug.
I tried to take a quest named "A terrible purpose". You probably think right now "yeah, so what?"

When I clicked accept, it said "You don't meet the requirements bla bla bla". I was like "the heck??"
Now, when I'm a higher level, I tried to get it once again, but it's there anymore!

So I gotta ask what I have to do. Any suggestions?
